I got a speeding ticket recently, and it’s the first I’ve had in years. I’m concerned that my insurance will go up a lot. However, a friend said that her insurance provider pretty much never reviews your driving record once you’re a customer, so unless you get in a accident, your rates won’t go up. Anyone know if Progressive is like this?
At first I thought that she was incredibly annoying as was the commercial itself, but now that they have done a few more commercials with her it is getting better. She’s kind of like the girl next door type.
I am with Progressive auto insurance now and I reach the renewal period, which the company has noticed me. The company charges me with the higher cost than my previous contract though I didn’t change anything and I still maintain of being a good driver. I just wonder why they charge higher at the renewal.
I’m thinking about getting progressive auto insurance. If my car broke down on the freeway, will progressive tow your car for free? Do you have to pay extra for roadside service?

I have gotten several auto insurance quotes. Progressive is one of the lowest. But the lowest does not always equal the best service when an accident happens. Thank you for your answers.
I’m looking to switch my auto insurance to this company as they seem to have very good rates and customer service. I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of any pros and cons to this company.
The most detailed answer will get an easy 10 points. Thanks!
