Auto Insurance
When I got married, I was told by my insurance company that I needed to include all licensed drivers in my house on my policy – so I added my husband. Now I am divorced, but they tell me that my only options for him to remove himself from the policy or to cancel it. That I can’t remove someone from my policy. They say it is the law in Texas. Is this true?
Me tooo! This is so wrong…

Sorry to say they will require you to end that policy and start a new one in just your name.

Well for that instance you can go back to your car insurance policy or you can try to compare or ask some assistance with car insurance company. You can search on the net for some company that could give you instant information with your problem. Try to visit site like this for your reference.

It’s for legal purposes. Let’s say, you have a nasty divorce and seek revenge by removing your ex and something happens. Bad idea, it’s set up to protect all insureds.
