A person WITH a license WOULD be insured if you gave them permission to drive your car. (and they weren't drunk, etc. etc.) Get your license back first - then worry about the insurance. You should have comprehensive insurance on the car in any event in case it burns up in your garage or a tree falls on it. Call your insurance agent.
