Auto Insurance
This will probobly sound bad, but my license just went off its suspension but i don’t have the money for the reinstatement fees. I really really need to get a job, not only for the fees, but for extra money period. Its impossible for me to get a job if i can’t get there, as i have no other means of transportation. So i was wondering if i was to at least get insurance (the reason for my suspension, not having insurance) would i lessen the reprocussions (spelling) of driving under suspension, or would it even be a D.U.S. seeing as it’s technically not suspended anymore.

I’ve never had an insurance agent ask for my license to get coverage, so I think that you should be able to

it depends on what you are trying to do. a lot of insurance companies will offer you insurance with a suspended licence but you need to tell them you are going to get your license reinstated. you will need to get your license reinstated any way because after a couple of weeks or so afterwards the insurance company will suspend your insurance as well if you don’t.

You can insure the vehicle – if it’s registered in your name – and should – but you cannot obtain driver’s insurance. So, if you’re driving your insured car without a license, the insurance company won’t cover you because you knowingly allowed an unlicensed driver to drive your car. That would be you.
A person WITH a license WOULD be insured if you gave them permission to drive your car. (and they weren’t drunk, etc. etc.)
Get your license back first – then worry about the insurance. You should have comprehensive insurance on the car in any event in case it burns up in your garage or a tree falls on it.
    Call your insurance agent.

I think you can get insurance but it’s a different kind of insurance for like cars that are put away for the winter, just incase something happens to the car, stuff like that. You could get it under someone else name, but I personally wouldn’t risk it! Can’t you take the bus or train for the time being? I don’t know… maybe borrow the money from someone? Good Luck ; )

No. In some states you maybe required to renew your license after the suspension period is over. If that is the case you can’t drive without your license unless you want it suspended again. I suggest you talk to friends and family, maybe someone can take you to get your license and then the insurance. …and offer to pay for their gas and buy lunch.

Brilliant twisted reasoning! Make up your own rules!
    1) Pay the reinistatement FEE first. 2) Pay the liability insurance monthly. That’s the answer. Ohterwise, we will see you ripped to shreds on Judge Judy!
