could show up but whats that got to do with it if shes paying for her insurance and you paying for your then what does it matter… yes most places can go back like 10 yrs but might not you or she could go dmv and get a driving record print out that wil ltell you right away if most wil be like 7 yrs
Well, it does vary by state, but, the important question is, how far back are they allowed to CHARGE for an accident.
You’ll have to ask your agent. In many states, it’s only three years. In a few, it’s 7 years. I don’t know what it is in WI, but your agent will know.
Just ask, “how far back can an accident hurt you”.
Because they WILL see that accident – the RECORD likely goes ten years. They just might not be able to DO anything about it.

most companies only go back 3 years for the motor vehicle report…if they were four years ago the accidents should not be surcharged on your auto insurance.
